Natalie knows good business. For over 15 years, Natalie's been championing people as an executive. During this time, Natalie witnessed the issue of gender inequity firsthand — and the harmful effects these disparities created for both the companies and cultures. As an advocate for diversity within business, Natalie decided it was time for all of us to do better.
Natalie turned to tech to develop equidi — a world-first solution that uses evidence-based insights to help businesses level the ledger on gender. Helping good businesses do even better.
