With equity comes opportunity

“Imagine a world where there was no gender pay gap. Would there be more women in the workplace? Would there be more women in leadership roles? Would we value the work of women more equally? Would women have more financial independence? Would women be able to retire more comfortably?

In Australia our gender pay gap progress is stagnant at best – it’s hard to believe in 2023 we’re still talking about a significant pay gap. To reduce or eliminate it – we need to disrupt. We need to shift the paradigm. We need action. And it starts with you.

Join me in our movement to create a more equitable and inclusive world – one we can all look forward to.”
