To get started we need a few things from you to integrate smoothly:

WHAT? WHO?
Onboarding Questionnaire A survey to capture where you are in your gender equity journey. We'll use this to establish your starting point — where you are and where you need to go — to level up the ledger in your business.
The person who is most familiar with your gender diversity metrics and initiatives

The person who completed your WGEA report for last year

Your last WGEA Report If you reported previously, providing this will help us keep your mapping consistent for your next report.
Anyone who has access to the report

(Could be the same person as above)

HRIS/Payroll Integration Our team will discuss integration options with you, depending on your HRIS and payroll system.

We offer a direct integration with EmploymentHero through our platform, and many others (for example: Workday, BambooHR, HiBob) via our third-party provider Merge.

Alternatively, you may choose to upload a spreadsheet or report directly into our platform. In this case we can provide a template spreadsheet for you.
Someone who does payroll, OR

HR representative who has Admin access to your HRIS or payroll software

Note: Usually this step does not require IT support as your IT people generally don't have access to the payroll system — but it can be handy to have an IT person on-hand for support.
Access Permissions A list of users (including names and email addresses) for those who will have Admin access to the equidi platform.

We suggest starting with a small user group and adding users progressively as you gain confidence and proficiency in usage of the platform.

We also recommend integrating equidi with your company's Single Sign-On (SSO) provider.
We'll talk with your IT or Security Team to set this up.
