equidi + Melbourne Storm join forces at official launch to tackle gender inequity

equidi is so proud to be creating tech for an even better world of work. Thursday 27 November saw equidi's official launch – featuring Melbourne Storm as the first sporting partner to sign up to the equidi platform. We’re excited to be working with a team that’s so passionate and committed to leading the change we all want to see and creating a future we can all look forward to.

Storm's Chairman, Matthew Tripp, said:

“We’re so proud to be first in partnering with equidi on addressing gender inequity. We’re committed to leveling the balance and we’re confident that together with equidi, we’ll have the right data, tools and resources to direct our energy to make change where it’s needed most. We’re looking forward to not only seeing the change, but actively leading the change in this country.”

Storm's CEO, Justin Rodski, said it was important for the workplace to provide fair and equitable opportunities for all staff. “equidi gives us the tools to not only assess and measure any gender pay gap, but also to put in place the strategies and provide support in developing a Gender Action Plan,” Rodski said.

“Most high-performing organisations are built on having a diverse talent pool and providing its people with the same opportunities to grow and be rewarded fairly. equidi will help us to spot any gaps in real-time so we can act on things that will have a real impact and provide real benefits to our people.”
