equidi secures double win in ATC innovation lab awards

On November 09, equidi's Founder Natalie Flynn took to the big stage in her debut pitch in the big top at Luna Park Sydney – to take out not one, but two of the Innovation Lab awards that were on offer at the Australasian Talent Conference (ATC). Making it a clean sweep.

The Innovations Lab pitch-off is one of the highlights of the conference – showcasing the emerging talent tech start-ups, set to revolutionise the world of Talent & HR. An incubator of tech talent – the Innovation Lab has been the springboard for many mainstream solutions launched in the ATC’s annual Talent Tech Competition – including Video My Job and Work Flo Co. Joining the ranks puts equidi in good company.

The audience choice award win

Pitching-off live against seven finalists – equidi won by a landslide to take out the Innovation Lab Audience choice award – as voted by an audience of almost 500 Talent Acquisition professionals from all over Australia & NZ. The prize on offer? $5k worth of Digital Marketing from the ATC.


Hays choice award win

Equidi also went on to take out the Hays Choice award for the most innovative Talent Tech. Presented by Richard Barnett, ANZ Solutions Director at Hays, the prize package features:

  • Growth acceleration: Introduction to Hays’ Customer APAC Director and Head of Applications, and direct Access to 3 of Hays key clients to present the platform

  • Industry alliance: Product presentation to all of Hays ANZ Account Managers

  • Brand Exposure: Brand Promotion on Hays Global LinkedIn page to 6m followers and the kudos of being recognised as one of Australasia’s most innovative tech providers for the world of work
