equidi wins big at the global HR Tech Awards 2023

Equidi has just won the title of ‘Talent Management: Best DEI Enabling Solution’ at the 2023 Lighthouse Research & Advisory HR Tech Awards; a global award for excellence in HR technology.

Founded by Lighthouse Research & Advisory in 2020, the program aims to recognise the category-specific strengths of HR firms and technologies within the burgeoning industry. Equidi’s real-time data platform impressed the judges as a demonstrated solution that supports critical diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

The award comes as equidi’s third win since launching at the end of 2022, following the platform’s success at the 2022 Australasian Talent Conference (ATC) Innovation Lab Awards and winning the Lightning Round in the Unleash America Start-Up competition in April this year.
